Blogs, and the internet for that matter, are somewhat like sugar. The more you have, the more you want. The less you have, the more false it tastes.
Not to suggest that anything about this journal is false.
But it's just not living, you know? And while it's a fun distraction whilst studying and lounging in my cozy little abode in Vancouver, it doesn't seem as enticing once I start getting out and doing more. The longer I go between posts, the less inclined I am to write them. The more time I spend away from internet access, the less I feel like I need it.
It's just a phase. I know it will pass. But right now I'd rather just do things, without analyzing them.
Katy's New Years Resolutions:
1. Budget and be better with money (to excuse the fact that I'm not going to get a part-time job after all)
2. Do more. Analyze less.
Of course, I am an analytical girl. I would just like to live a little more in my body and a little less in my head, if that makes any sense at all.
