Things I learned on my summer vacation:
- Here in Ontario, you can't throw a sugar-coated Timbit without hitting a Tim Hortons.
- Touristy things involve a lot of looking and not a lot of doing.
- There is definitely such a thing as too much sleep.
- Everyone should see a Lawren Harris painting in person.
- No matter how much you love them, ten straight days with your family is too long.
- I really, really, really want to own a boat, and a dog, and a cottage on a lake. But with electricity.
- I am definitely a west coast girl, for life.
A full entry or ten as soon as I get home.
...home...
*sigh*
~song~ silence, silence, and more silence... I would kill for my discman right now. dammit.
