Had a lovely Valentine's day. Perhaps there IS something to be said for the power of positive thinking. That, and cool friends.

I'm back on Salt Spring now for a much needed vacation. I did some cleaning and rearranging today and realized how excited I am to move home for the summer. I miss this place. I need a little break from the city... if only to remind me why the city is the right place for me.

I brushed the spiders from my bedroom walls tonight... 'tis time to curl up on the low futon and wrap the fake duvet around my shoulders, and fall asleep.
